Service Description

This session will vary each week and will use high intensity training to progressively improve your fitness levels. Achieve a full body work out involving both cardiovascular and resistance exercises to get you real results. Suitable for all fitness levels. 16+ Wednesday 6-7pm

Cancellation Policy

Full refund will be given if the class is cancelled within 2 hours of the start time. If the class is cancelled after this time, no refund will be given. All PT sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance in order to reschedule the session. If classes are purchased from any offer, the same rule applies.
