CLASSES

BOXERCISE: A martial arts based, non-contact class using pads & gloves that is fun and caters for all fitness levels. Using boxing moves to motivational music, this class will give you an all over body workout and will improve your stamina, fitness & technique. Suitable for all genders and fitness levels. 45 minutes. 

Age 16+

INDOOR GROUP CYCLING: Burning calories at its best without any impact or complicated moves. Motivational music and instructor. Suitable for all genders and fitness levels. 45 minutes. 

Age 16+

OUTDOOR FITNESS: Challenging, fun and supportive workout with different fitness drills each week. Outdoor session to enjoy the surroundings. Suitable for all genders and fitness levels. 60 minutes. 

Age 16+

CIRCUITS: This session will vary each week and will use high intensity training to progressively improve your fitness levels. Achieve a full body work out involving both cardiovascular and resistance exercises to get you real results. Suitable for all genders and fitness levels. 60 minutes

FIGHTINFIT: A high energy martial arts inspired choreographed workout that lets you punch and kick your way towards your fitness goals. Not only is it a great whole body cardio workout but it is also great for burning fat, releasing stress and improving your co-ordination. Suitable for all genders and fitness levels. 45 minutes

Age 16+

TRANSFORM: Strength and tone class using reps based weights and resistance rounds to work all the major muscle groups including the upper body, lower body and abs. This will build on your strength and will tone and change your body shape. 45 Minutes.
