OUTDOOR FITNESS: Challenging, fun and supportive workout with different fitness drills each week. Outdoor session to enjoy the surroundings. Suitable for all fitness levels and both male and female participants. 60 minutes.
KETTLE HIIT/ HIIT: A great fat burning session; online kettle hiit/ hiit with or without kettle bells. Suitable for all fitness levels and both male and female participants. 30 minutes.
EARLY FIIT: Fancy a workout before work? Why not give this outdoor all over body workout a try to boost you for the day. A combination of cardio, strength and toning.
KETTLE IN THE GARDEN: Combining strength, flexibility and cardio drills, this all over body workout is certain to improve your core strength and fitness. Takes place in the garden.
