INDOOR GROUP CYCLING: A high intensity, motivational fitness class on an exercise bike. Burning calories at it's best without any impact or complicated moves to very motivational music in a darkened room with strobe lights. Using sprints and hills to achieve the ultimate workout. These classes can only be booked directly through the gym. Not available on the booking system. 45 minutes.
