Core Blast is a fast-paced, 25-minute workout designed to fire up your entire midsection and leave you feeling strong, balanced, and energized. At Misfit Fitness, this class combines targeted core exercises with dynamic movements to build strength in your abs, obliques, lower back, and hips—because a powerful core supports everything you do. Expect short, intense intervals, minimal rest, and scalable options for all fitness levels. Whether you’re adding it on to another session or squeezing in a quick workout, Core Blast delivers maximum results in minimal time. Age 16+

Cancellation Policy

Full refund will be given if the class is cancelled within 2 hours of the start time. If the class is cancelled after this time, no refund will be given. All PT sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance in order to reschedule the session. If classes are purchased from any offer, the same rule applies.
