Service Description

HIIT N’ HIRT is a 50/50 split class of both cardio & strength: 20 mins high intensity interval training using a step and body weight and 20 mins high intensity resistance training using weights and kettlebells. This class is choreographed to bespoke soundtracks and is a high energy class that pushes you to new limits. High intensity interval training (HIIT) focuses on moving from one cardio exercise to the next with short rest breaks in between to maintain a high heart rate. High-intensity resistance training (HIRT) combines strength and high-intensity training. High-intensity resistance training still focuses on high-intensity exercises, but there is an additional element of resistance to help strengthen and build lean muscle. You’ll be focusing on hitting a number of reps while lifting weights with the correct form. Get ready for an intense, high-energy workout!

Cancellation Policy

Full refund will be given if the class is cancelled within 2 hours of the start time. If the class is cancelled after this time, no refund will be given. All PT sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance in order to reschedule the session. If classes are purchased from any offer, the same rule applies.
